Hands down the best tacos burritos and Mexican food around Hilmar and Turlock I have tried them all not only do they get your order right but it was always good and always consistent I have to limit myself because it is that good. The super carnitas burrito is fire 🔥 the truck is clean very respectful and great people that run it. I honestly don't go anywhere else you know what you're going to get at jefes always the best!

I have tried most of the Taco Trucks / Burrito shops from fresno to modesto. Some have been good some have been bad, I can say that this is easy in the top three of best Taco Trucks I've had.
I ordered a basic carne asada Burrito Supreme. The size was nice, not overly filled with "filler", plenty of meat! Their salsa packs a punch and their Asada is the "bite sized" cuts not the long steak...

The 4 tacos were $10.50 and came with salsa on the taco and grilled onion and jalapeño on the side.
All tacos were crispy, hot and delicious.
My only regret was not ordering more!
