The tour and the tasting was great!

Enjoyed the tour and learning about Sabbaticals journey. Now, the tasting was wonderful. We really enjoyed the whiskeys, especially the one finished in a congac cask. Brought that one home. Will definitely be going back and bringing friends.

Great Tour! Jack was really cool and answered alot of questions. Awesome little operation. Tasting was great. Grabbed 2 bottles of the limited Single Malt there and had to go home to grab a bottle of the blended whiskey at Raley's in Manteca. It is my every evening drink. My new favorite brand of whiskey.

The Whiskey Proofing Class was fun and informative. I really enjoyed the experience and information that was shared in the class.

Next time maybe have a way to mark the beakers on what percentage they are representing so when we pass them around the table we will know they are. This was a great event!

Event was well organized and very informative. Staff took the time to answer all questions during the class. If you’re wanting excellent craft whisky then look no farther.

We had such a great time touring the Distillery. Great folks there at Sabbatical. And we enjoyed the spirits so much we signed up for the club on the spot. We can't wait to take a Sabbatical often!

What a great day!! Getting to be part of a barrel pick was fantastic, but the staff at Sabbatical was wonderful the entire day. Great location, friendly staff, and good whiskey made it a wonderful experience. Purchased several bottles and a few glasses. Can't wait to visit again.

This was my very first time ever visiting this distillery. The service was phenomenal. I went for a private event and we were truly treated like royalty! I will have to go back again to try more of their goodies!!

I got positive responses from all 21 SIRs that attended our tour and tasting. The Sabbatical crew was fantastic. I highly recommend that you get a group together and take a tour.

Took my Dad here for his 86th birthday, we both really enjoyed the tour and the tasting. Things started off great with a welcome cocktail made from their blueberry infused Vodka. The tour was super informative as the distiller talked us through the entire process and the different tweaks that Sabbatical has made to create their whiskeys. The tasting was awesome, with not just the 4 whiskeys, a vodka and a gin that was laid out for tasting, but they came by and let us taste their brandy and some of the barrel strength bourbon as well. The price for what we gort was really well worth it. We did the upgrade to get the really nice glencairn glasses also. Highly recommend.

We had a super fun day at the distillery! We drank whiskey, vodka, and gin. All were excellent and informative during the tour. We also picked some blueberries while sobering up to drive home. Stop by and try some :)

We had such a nice time for our tour and tasting. Everyone was so awesome and welcoming. They made a welcome drink right when we checked in and it was so good! We learned a lot from the tour and the tasting was a lot of fun. They kept bringing more and more to the tasting. We got to try several extras and some honey too. They go above and beyond and thought through every detail. It was our wedding anniversary which my husband made a note of in the booking and every single person acknowledged it and congratulated us. It was so sweet and made us feel really special. Can’t wait to go back!!

Living in Brentwood, I’ve driven past this distillery countless times without even realizing it was there! I joked to Danny that we almost missed the turn because the sign was for blueberries. We ended up having such a fantastic time. Danny did an excellent job guiding us through the tour and explaining the distilling process—you can really tell he’s passionate about his craft. We’re so lucky to have Sabbatical right in our backyard. If you're considering a visit to this amazing distillery, go for it—you won’t be disappointed.

Picking blueberries and tasting high end bourbon and whiskey - what could be better? The staff are friendly and know their stuff. And the bourbon and whiskey is excellent. Keep it up Sabbatical!
