We slid in right at close and the sweetest woman was behind the bar and told us she could make us whatever we wanted from the menu. We got a couple easy and fast things. Very delicious. Loved the art throughout the place. Great vibe.

An amazing gem of a restaurant deserving of a Michelin Star! Roxy is a chef extraordinaire and her restaurant is decorated exotically with her own hand made art! I highly recommend giving her place a try! I'm addicted to her cooking and come 40x a year!

Understated exterior. Once we realised it was a restaurant and the food was being cooked by the proprietor we booked up for later that evening. We had no regrets. Sitting on the veranda for a beer was a great place to see the world going by. The interior is extremely “arty” with impressive waney edged timber worktops and table tops. The elaborate mosaics were created by the proprietor also. She is undeniably talented. In some ways the menu was simple, but the cooking was with flair. There is an element of unconventionality to this place, but that is what makes it special and memorable.

This is a serious 5-star restaurant that makes what should be simple dishes into works of art and tastes even better. A lot of the ingredients for the dishes are grown by the chef herself and all of the sauces. DEFINITELY coming back again.

Rock Seas is a hidden gem. The owner doesn’t just run the place—she cooks every dish and even created the stunning art that lines the bar. The steak and lamb were perfectly cooked, the Brussels sprouts addictive. You can feel the passion in every detail. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had.

Excellent food, excellent owner, all around incredible experience. This is a restaurant owned and run by a person who cares about every little detail. Highly recommend.

Lovely place on higheway 101. The chef raised the angus that became my burger. Her name is Roxane Hampl. She is also a rock artist. Her mosaics are part of the restaurant. Sweet family atmosphere

The oysters were fresh and the muscles cooked with sausage were great! Service was great and loved being able to sit on the porch and relax after dinner.

Three of us ordered the lamb chop, it was inedible. Did not feel like “fine dining.”

Three of us had a wonderful dinner at Rock Seas. We started with a peach, tomato and lettuce salad with a perfect vinaigrette. I had delicious scallops and fabulous crispy brussels sprouts. My wife loved her fried chicken and the hand cut fries were truly outstanding. Our friend had a perfect meal based around locally raised lamb. Two great desserts. Flourless very dark chocolate cake with ice cream and gluten free mini donuts. Can’t wait to return.
Shout out to Humboldt Cider Company for their cherry cider.

Such a wonderful experience and the best part of all was the local knowledge from the owner who helped with amazing plans for us while visiting the area! Thank you so much!

Food was just ok. For the price of 54$ dollars the steak frites shouldn't be super chewy and the polenta dish was uninspiring.
