On one occasion, a party of five had to wait for 20 minutes to get water and their orders were incomplete, causing some members to eat while others waited for their food. On Father's Day, a customer's daughter's birthday was not acknowledged despite the staff being informed. The servers seem to be frequently flustered, with customers having to ask multiple times for simple requests such as straws.
