Been here so many times. But today it wasn't busy. Took forever to get a table no one was in the front to help.
Drinks took forever.
Getting water refill took forever. Our appetizer came out with our dinner. I didn't even get what I ordered. Our friends got an extra of what they ordered and gave me theirs. I waited 20 minutes for her to be like oh you didn't get it do you still want it. At that point I said no. We asked for boxes and she took her little pay thing and said bye. So no boxes. The chairs outside are so uncomfortable and hurt like hell if you're in shorts. I was going to say I'd love to have my birthday dinner here but not now. Sad. Very sad. They used to be my favorite place.

While I appreciated certain aspects of the restaurant, the overall experience did not quite live up to the positive reviews I had heard. Waitress could have been more attentive. We made several drink request but never did receive them. Just minor touches they need improve on.

We went to Agave to celebrate my mother's birthday. We sat on the patio and loved the ambience. The good taste so good and the service was great! Thank you !!

Unfortunately their service is lacking. Food is good but just horrible service waiting is ridiculous 😒. They don't even come to greet you and have you wait until someone feels like coming out to host..
We left don't feel like dealing with horrible service...

Food and service was good, dining room was not lighted well enough to read the menu without using light from cellphones. The dining room was crowded and noise level made it difficult to carry on conversations with table mates.

The establishment is quite pleasant, and while I do wish there were more choices available, the dishes they do offer are delicious.

Was our 2nd big birthday lunch at your location and everyone was very satisfied. Love the food and your service. Resturant is not loud so like that too.

The variety of dishes here are what keep us coming back. Salmon bowl at a Mexican restaurant? Yes! One of our favorites. And don't skip the brussel sprouts. Everything we've tried has been great and service is always good.

Food is great but service is always horrible. They are very slow, staff is to busy talking to each other in the back… server never once asked if we needed anything we had to ask other staff.

Great place to gather family and enjoy a good meal. The cocktails and margaritas were great and the service engaging even on a busy Friday night... Live mariachi band was a fun treat that brought the noise level up and authentic energy up!

This was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. The food was very tasty and presented well on the plate. We were a party of four and tasted several items from the appetizers menu and all entrees (salmon, enchiladas, tacos) were great. Huge kudos to whoever prepared drinks. But the service was horrible. Upon arrival we were seated and the table was not prepared, the water glasses were dirty, the plates both small and large were chipped, and we had to ask for everything from water, napkins, silverware, and small plates. Our waitress was beyond distracted and inattentive and this contributed to our experience. We came to celebrate a birthday and due to lack of communication between the hostess and waitress they forgot to accommodate until I reminded and asked. Then when the “birthday churros” arrived the waitress arrived to the table and said “Happy Birthday we don't have any candles!” At this point I let our waitress know how horrible her service had been and she argued back and forth with us. At the end when paying for our dinner I left a review when prompted and left my cell phone number for contact. Approximately 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant I received a call from a woman who identified herself as the manager. When discussing our concerns about our waitress Andrea- the manager became defensive in support of her employee. Then accused me of being rude to her and told us not to come back!! Would highly recommend saving your money for a dining experience worthwhile.
