I can't believe they could even call the pizza we ordered a combination.
Very few toppings and one, don't know what it was,was piled on one piece. Greasy and all you could taste was tomato sauce.
This was our second try and will not be going back in

Please update your store hours. It says your open till 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Called the store Saturday at 9:50pm 4 times, just rang and rang, no answer. Was gonna place a big order too.

Placed order by phone. Person handling my order was abrupt in handling my call, she was rushed, unfriendly, hard to understand I had to keep asking her to repeat herself, 3 interruptions and I was placed on hold 2 times. Didn’t say thank you! I enjoy giving good ratings when it is deserved, but this was not a good experience. I’m a normal customer too.

I had a terrible experience there when I went recently and felt discriminated by the manager Nicole. I always love going to Pizza Factory when I’m in NorCal but will not be coming this location ever again. 0/10

I never had an issue with Pizza Factory in any city or town. But this one in particular. I SIMPLY CAN NOT BELIEVE THE WAY THE OWNER SPOKE TO MY WIFE OVER THE PHONE. He needs to improve his service if he wants customers to come back. Keep the money if you are that greedy. Ricos pizza across the 99 just got a new customer in Hughson.

Ordered here and the owner himself was the most rudest person I have ever met. Honestly it was completely shocking and disgusting to see how rude the owner acts b/c I could only imagine how he is on a regular basis if that is how he acts in his place of business. I personally don't recommend going, eating, or even walking by there to anyone. 0 stars.

This Pizza Factory did not live up to the standards of all the others I have eaten at. Pizza was sub par, and customer service non-existent. Will never go back.
I walked in and heard someone yelling at customer on the phone and immediately turned and walked out. I cannot comment on the food but the as soon as I heard "go ahead and call corporate lady!" I knew I was done.

The service here is terrible, if the manager thinks he can act like an entitled brat by yelling and screaming at his guests; who only came to speak calmly over a simple misunderstanding on an order. Which could have been easily resolved. Right off the bat the Owner, himself, wants to start a yelling contest suddenly. Such a power hungry, little man trying to intimidate his guests speaks volumes to the treatment of staff, guests and overall outlook of how this owner likes to run his business. Never coming here again.
