Rico's Italian Pizza

Hello, I use to order from Rico’s pizza a long time ago however just because I forgot to pick up the order this was also before Covid as well, they told me. I couldn’t ever order again that I was written up in the system for it. I did up picking up my order paying for it even after apologizing not picking up at the time that was needed for me to pick up they restricted me from ordering, they have terrible customer service can’t comprehend that people make mistakes they made it seem like I worked for Rico’s to restrict a customer coming is terrible they are very rude not friendly, I would avoid going here if possible order pizza somewhere else clearly they are not understanding nor do they understand customer service.

I am so insanely impressed with my service today from Billie! My daughter and I went with a family friend and her child to celebrate her 8th birthday. She did everything to make us feel special and catered to. She was so polite and friendly. And she tried to do any extras that she could to make her feel like she was having a little party. This type of serving is so refreshing and I hope the owner knows how rare it is to have this kind of help. Thank you again! And thank you to the owner as well. He later came in and made a point to talk to us. It was greatly appreciated. Again, way to make a little on the cheap bday feel nice and fun!

Been ordering here for over a year and the food is always great. Especially the ribs, for a pizza joint they are so amazing. People are always kind and when they deliver are always polite. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that the restaurant itself is a little out dated. Pool table and games as well as the decor should be refreshed.

I’m not the kind to complain but when I called it lasted a total of 1minute in the phone and in that time the worker who said her name was Billy laughed at me as well as sighed when I told her one second to confirm what the pizza was going to be and said I need to be prepared. I work in a similar field where I deal with customers calling and I will never treat a customer who wants to place an order like the way I was treated in a one minute phone call. Food is good had it twice but this interaction made me not dine here again.

Very friendly and helpful came in early to provide pizza for seniors.

I had a lovely evening eating pizza here with my partner. The service was fast and friendly, the seating area was limited but clean. The pizza was good but could've used more cheese and sauce. Needs improving on quality of pizza but this place was not

Since new owners have taken over this place I have loved ordering food for my family here. Our food from pizza, wings, potato wedges here have been really good cooked to perfection. We have not been disappointed so keep up the good work Rico's pizza ?? also all employees there are all so friendly

Deliciously large

I come in and get the same item for pickup every single time I come here gilly, his wife, and his son are always real nice but whoever they had working there dec. 28 wasn't rude at all but the same order I get for some odd reason the cheese was waaay off it had no taste it was extremely watery idk if it was rotten or it was mixed with water but it would explain why the kid decided to prepare my item when I got there as opposed to when I called it in because it would have been completely soggy by the time I picked it up the nacho cheese everytime has a thick consistency this time was extremely watered down no flavor whatsoever threw my food away
