This was our first time trying the food at this place. We ordered for pickup. And I almost fainted driving from the aroma of the brisket, mixing in the air with the pork ribs inside our suv. We got home and my teenager had a huge smile carrying the box of meat nirvana. The wifey unboxed the food and the aroma hit hard. My stomach growled uncontrollably, my eyes looked up and thanked the good Lord for what we are about to consume. The pulled pork-soft, tender, and a scoop...
Got the lil hoss and was pretty happy. We got tri tip, brisket, ribs and a sausage. I do think the price was a bit much compared to other bbq places and general food prices. The meat was tender and fell off the bone, exactly what you want. The meat was also seasoned really well and the bbq sauce complimented the flavors. We would 100% go back for the meat. The sides we got were mac and cheese and beans. The mac and cheese was alright. Beans were alright, would have been better...
Thank you to the owner of Slick Fork. He stepped up and helped us with our baby shower. We had chicken, Tri tip, pulled pork, beans, Mac and cheese with all the fixins' Excellent food and great communication. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!
