Buffalo Wild Wings ‘GO’

Was doing DoorDash for this establishment and I was denied the bathroom. I am definitely not delivering for this business anymore and will try to get more drivers to blacklist this location.

The order was cold. The sides we got were ridiculous. They charged about $7.50 for a shareable size of onion rings, and this is what we got. No type of excuse, apology, or notice that they didn't have any (if that was the case). I can count how many there were in one hand.

Order quality has gone so low it’s sad. Won’t be ordering again. They pass out crumbs as actual wings and in reality only give you about 70% of your order. I understand raising prices but when you mess with the quality of the food then it’s just trash and deserves no more repeat customers.

I called on the phone for a simple change of flavor for my wings and the guy told me no. That’s makes no sense at all

Very unprofessional staff members. They got our order wrong and despite showing them our receipts as “proof” - they refused to remake our order AND refused a refund. Ugly behavior. We had to file a claim online because the stupidity was hard to handle. Their claim was that their receipt was worded “sightly differently”, therefore we were in the wrong. lol Are they hiring high school drop outs here? Because the lack of critical thinking is concerning. Def don’t recommend this spot to anyone.

Food is great but the customer service of the cashier makes you feel unwelcomed. I would of left but my kids wanted to eat this. Wont be coming back anytime soon due to this. You dont have to necessarily be friendly but at least fake it and answer properly instead of pointing to the menu screen. Very unprofessional.

i’ve been to this bww go multiple times. Customer service is great, but today i ran into an incident that made me disappointed. Ordered a 30 piece flavor lemon pepper, original buffalo and mango habanero. But unfortunately i arrived with my lemon pepper flavor being replaced with barbecue sauce.
