Food is great but the customer service of the cashier makes you feel unwelcomed. I would of left but my kids wanted to eat this. Wont be coming back anytime soon due to this. You dont have to necessarily be friendly but at least fake it and answer properly instead of pointing to the menu screen. Very unprofessional.

i’ve been to this bww go multiple times. Customer service is great, but today i ran into an incident that made me disappointed. Ordered a 30 piece flavor lemon pepper, original buffalo and mango habanero. But unfortunately i arrived with my lemon pepper flavor being replaced with barbecue sauce.

Oh my God if I knew how good this food was, I would’ve tipped him a bit more. Thank you for good food. It was fulfilling keep up the good work I would suggest managers to not overwork their employees. It was only three workers and they made it happen. They deserve a raise or recognition. Awesome.

I asked a girl idk what her name was but honestly she was rude and she didn't let use the restroom she said that it was for employees only but it wasn't so I don't recommend this place at all there's better costumer service in other locations where they are nice it was just her but I think she was probably the manager

Went to tonight around 9pm and the girl taking my order got my order wrong and when I went back to tell her she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes and denied to give me what I ordered.. never going back to this place again until you teach your employees manners.. the eye roll was unnecessary

Went in today the food was horrible. The chicken tasted hard and old. Then a really bad stomach pain never again they should shut it down. Bad customer service. I didn't even get my carrots ?♀️

First time trying Buffalo Wild Wings Go! Wings are great that I have had in the past, so I thought to try the "Go" version. I got the 10 lemon Pepper boneless wings with fries and a soft drink... to my surprise was only $12. I couldn't wait to try and actually forgot to take a photograph before eating. Fries and wings were hot and full of flavor. I would imagine if you order online, it may sit and get cold. I order inside and waited. Worth the wait. Also, just enough to fill me up...Awesome. I will be back.
