Well, I hadn't had food from Carl's jr in a bit and I'm truly dissapointed. Paid $10.27 for a Santa fe chicken burger please it's not worth it. I will post a pic and you will see what is wrong with it. Never coming back.
Terrible service from the cashier...she treats you with a sneer as if the food were free on top of it, they deliver your order incorrectly, I asked for something different from what they gave me and when I asked, she answered in a rude and blunt manner, terrible, terrible.

Ridiculous the time it takes for people to get their food. Drive thru time is more than 15 minute wait before reaching the window and wait again 10min to receive food. It is not a one time thing...its all the time now. They should hire more people to provide good service.
