Terrible service from the cashier...she treats you with a sneer as if the food were free on top of it, they deliver your order incorrectly, I asked for something different from what they gave me and when I asked, she answered in a rude and blunt manner, terrible, terrible.

Ridiculous the time it takes for people to get their food. Drive thru time is more than 15 minute wait before reaching the window and wait again 10min to receive food. It is not a one time thing...its all the time now. They should hire more people to provide good service.

The advertising on the windows facing outside is not displayed on the screens when ordering. When you ask the cashier to repeat what was advertised, they get mad and give you an attitude.

The cashier skillfully handling difficult customers while maintaining exceptional customer service. The freshness of the ingredients made the burgers truly outstanding, and I look forward to returning.
There was a rush in orders and they looked short staffed but the individual who appeared to be the shift leader was doing a Solid Job. Hard worker and efficient. I can tell he knows what he is doing.

Burger so good I had to call and thank the chef. Through the drive thru, I ordered a regular famous star with cheese combo at and it was a perfect cheeseburger. The burger was symmetrical, fresh off the grill patty & crunchy lettuce and pickles. The burger stayed together until the last bite. I literally called in and had to tell them what a good damn burger it was 10/10
