The employees were very nice, it was clean spacious welcoming environment. I love that they get your order right even the details such as what you'd like on the side or easy mayo and that sort of thing. They actually treat you like they care about your order it's fast fresh delicious tasty nice portion sizes great friendly attitudes, no huffing or ouffing or eye rolling or a bunch of depressed emos like McDonald's or wherever. Worth every penny‼️

Great customer service.. but definitely not like some other Charleys... The lemonade taste store bought and definitely doesn't look freshly made... And they don't have the seasoning like most mall locations...
