Chipotle Mexican Grill

If it were 0 stars, I would give 0 stars! Since I arrived, the manager was talking and not paying attention to customer service. I started to order the bowl, and from the beginning, she was putting very little food in it. I asked kindly if she could put more, and she told me she would charge me double. I was very disappointed because I am usually a customer there. I tried to talk to someone to report this because I have been reading a lot of the same comments—that they want to charge a lot for very little food—and unfortunately, it is true! In this place, you don't get what you pay for. From today on, I am not going to buy Chipotle anymore. My advice is to try a different location because this one is horrible. They didn't even give you the right information to report this. Save your money and just eat at home!

I sat down in dirty table while there was like 5 employees just chatting it up I am almost certain they were making fun of me n wife eating in such dirty spot

DONT ORDER ONLINE/PICK UP/DELIVERY. Go inside to order. I don't know who is running this place but they do not give proper portions. This is the closest Chipotle to me and I have to go inside to make sure they don't skim me out. Every time Ive ordered for pick up/delivery. I pay for double meat and I barely get a scoop portion.

Food had no flavor disappointed

This has been the worst experience ever! I ordered $150.00 worth of food today, which i also paid to deliver. Several items had guacamole when I did not select that due to allergy reasons two of my burritos had no meat which I did pay for, and one of my bowls had two small pieces of chicken and one of my burritos had nothing but rice! I don't know if this was a joke or if someone hates their job. I will never go there again and will not refer anyone to this location this has been such a disappointment. Do better chipotle employees!

Ive never tried chipotle, so i decided to check it out, as soon as i entered chipotle a worker looked at me and sighned for me to get out with her hand, she didnt say anything. I quickly turned back around and left, I felt that was very rude of her and unprofessional. I cant understand why she did this, and i didnt ask because she couldve told me herself and i was aleady feeling uncomfortable. This happened a few months ago, and it has still bothered me til this day!!

I ask for extra steaks the work only give me 2 pieces of steak. What a scam . Do better chipotle. I got a bowl and pay $18.08 . I chef I never rip off my customers like that.

I go to chipotle quite often, mainly the one in south pasadena. I came to this one and got my usual plate, as the server put the meat on my plate, i was shocked at the extremely low amount of protein she was giving me, it was literally 30% of what i’ve gotten in any other chipotle before. i asked her why so little and she told me that if i wanted more protein it would be extra. i was appalled that i was being charged damn near 6$ extra dollars to get less than what i usually get at any other chipotle. this is ridiculous and the picture shown above, is my plate with the “extra” protein. i can see now why this place has a measly 2 stars. Never coming to this place again, the server acted like the protein was coming out of her own pocket or something… haha…

The store opens at 10:30, and we've been waiting inside the restaurant for over 10min after they opened already, they should've opened the doors better to us ? I'm on my 30min break now it got shortened because they opened late SMH ?

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The customer service was lacking, as employees were more focused on personal conversations than assisting customers. I waited for help but felt uncomfortable interrupting their discussion. Additionally, the restaurant was disorganized and unclean, which added to the poor experience.

A significant concern was that one employee did not remove her gloves after serving food when she went to handle the register and process payment. She used the same gloves to handle money and then continued serving food, which raised hygiene concerns. Unfortunately, between the service issues, cleanliness, and food quality—the chips were stale, and the meal was underwhelming—this visit left a negative impression, and I don’t see myself returning to this location.
