The cashier ran to a man asking why he didn't have change but he had just collected a bill, the food is dirty and the cashier attacked the young man verbally and was very racist.

Disrespectful, order won't base on mental health, let homeless into annoy us, serve not friendly and expose....so somehow duty on behavior and understand failure

Please teach your employees how to close the bowl's property, I just pulled my bowl out of the bag & it was spilling out of the bowl. Thank you so much chipotle employees. Please do better

This location has become pretty sad. I have been a chipotle fan for the past 19 years and have avidly supported the brand for a number of reasons, including; the quality and freshness of the food, the attention and effort to sourcing healthy food, the customer service, the design and cleanliness of the restaurants, and the reasonable prices. Lately the prices have risen quite a bit, and I don’t protest too much. There’s inflation, I understand. But lately I’m reaching my limits with this specific location - they are closing the store and cleaning the stoves before 8:30 when they don’t even close until 10. There is food everywhere, it’s the messiest chipotle I have seen, and this is only recent, as I’ve been going here for more than 6 years. The past 5 times I’ve chosen to eat there after 8 pm I’ve walked into a total mess, with the employees clearly trying to close the store so they can leave. They’re always out of multiple food options and trying their best to get you to turn around and leave so they can continue closing. It’s very disappointing because, as I said, I really enjoy chipotle, but something has changed in the way the company is running, and it seems to be very clearly reflecting in the day to day operations of the store. Chipotle is going from a trustworthy staple in my diet that I happily defend when questioned, to somewhere I I would tell people to avoid.

Manager was rude,if they don’t know how to work in a kitchen they shouldn’t apply in a place like this. They act like if she is the owner I’m pretty not even a owner will act the way she acted.

I came in today 5 pm, from the tables and where they serve and prepare food wan an absolute mess, I would shut down station and rotate the pans cause the beans looks so old. Outside they are a bunch of kids not eating Chipotle we couldn't find a table. Where is management????
