This place is horrible. Refried tacos no sign on the front for the new kiosks,cash no cash. Plus Makes things slower as well. I see people struggling trying to order. Need to find another location fast!

What is happening to the quality of food at the Huntington Park location on Slauson??? The chicken was burnt on the Pollo Bowl, chicken tostada and the chicken tacos? Plus the cilantro sauce was so watered down, it was white instead of the green color it’s suppose to be. I didn’t notice, because I went through the driven thru. My order on my previous visit also had watered down cilantro sauce and it was also white, so I gave this location another try. Nope, I guess not!

This place makes their own hours. I showed up at 10:30 and they told me they weren’t open until “Noonish” I guess nobody wants to work. Hours stated they open from 9:30 am. Totally not reliable.
Just enjoy a really good chicken! Pollo Loco never lets me down. Great flavors and reasonably priced, can't beat that.
