GUAJILLO RESTAURANT Reviews
We came to visit our daughter at CSU Dominguez Hills, and were looking for a spot to eat. We looked up some local spots and Guajillo popped up. We were not disappointed with the Chilaquiles! They were delicious and made to order. The food was plentiful and filling and reminded me of my mom's home cooking! Highly recommended!!!
The food is very delicious and the customer service is excellent. The ladies always greet us with respect and are quick as well. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

Guajillo Restaurant offers an impressive dining experience with knowledgeable and passionate staff. The chef-owner takes pride in their food. The combination chilaquiles with huevos and carne asada is a standout dish, and they offer great chilaquiles plates with green sauce, crema, and avocado served with a toasted bread roll. The seasoning is very delicious with enough spice. Customers have mentioned that the food is the best they have experienced, especially after trying many places in California. The restaurant is very clean, and the restroom meets standard expectations. They serve breakfast all day. Guajillo Restaurant also offers free refills on horchata. With excellent attention and cleanliness, Guajillo is a great choice. The menu features delicious options like huevos rancheros and chorizo con huevo, served with handmade corn tortillas. The pozole is very good and has a lot of meat. The tacos are also good, and their flan is well-liked. Customers mention unparalleled tongue cakes and the variety offered. The atmosphere and service are widely recommended, with one customer noting the exceptional service they received upon entering. However, some customers have expressed concerns about pricing, mentioning that the chilaquiles and agua de tamarindo have become quite expensive. Parking can be slightly narrow, requiring customers to invade the parking lot of other stores.
