We have been there only twice in a short period of time and the food is good ?? in all but the lady cashier has a terrible customer service she doesn’t know English what’s so ever when we order our food she has trouble understanding and it’s irritating not nice the owner needs to hire someone with good customer service and English speaking I honestly don’t like that so I don’t know if we well go back soon or not even go anymore!!!!! Good price and good food. Definitely recommend and be back. Don't let the scenery fool you. You have to check it out for yourself. Quick service as well. Some ppl mentioned before that the lady is rude; not so much just not a ppl person, thats it.

The lady at the counter is sooooooo rude. There's definitely a language barrier, but she was yelling at me while I was being patient and kind to her. I asked her if the plate came with vegetables and she began yelling at me about whether I wanted steamed or fried rice. Then she snatched my card and threw the receipt at me lol. Another woman came in after me and she yelled at her too lol so the woman asked for her card back and left.

The food was okay. This is NOT a teppanyaki restaurant. It is advertised as such; however it is a fast food dine in or take out Hibachi place. Service was ok; not extremely friendly but got the job done. The ambiance is fast food not the Japanese Teppanyaki you might expect.

WoW! I ordered food from here last night through Uber eats and boy was this a winner!!!!'I had the three meat combo plate that comes with steak, chicken and shrimp. To be honest wasn't expecting too much based on price but i was truly surprised. The quality of the meat was as good if not better than the more famous chain restaurant that carries similar food. All three meats were cooked perfectly and being that this was delivered to me, I was impressed that the food arrived hot and fresh. I opted for the fried rice option and that too didn't disappoint. I can't speak for the service at the restaurant as this was delivered but now I will make it a point to visit the location when I'm in the area. The plate was so big that I now had a second meal and it was equally as good when reheated. I'm glad I chose this restaurant and will definitely order again. Try their sauces, they all have good flavor and the habanero sauce was my favorite.

Cashier was rude with little patience. We were new to this place. Threw the receipt to my husband. It was upsetting to say the least. I have worked may years in the service industry and can tell you personally this is not the way to treat customer. Food was great but will not be returning.
