Hello, when you pay, your account the tip is already included, of the 15% of consumption the tip is 14.69 of the 18% of consumption, the tip is 17.62 the 20%, of the GDP it is 19.58 automatically they take it away plus apart from the tip that It leaves you at the table, for not knowing that the tip is already included. They give you the total of the meal $74.83 For example, later it goes up to $88.80 + 9.10 tax. It's $97.90 Then check the.tiket.to find out and not Leave a double tip, on the table, and on the card, I understand it is their job and obviously you have to give them a tip because they are serving you by bringing the coffee and the food and everything but I think we should have the option if leave it on the Cas card...thank you...

They rob you!Maria A was my waiter for the day,I am a very nice person and respectful especially when it comes to customer service places, because I been there and done that!She charged me someone else’s table ,Comes back telling me she messed up and that she already refund me, slaps a receipt on the table telling me here’s the proof of your refund , and tells me that I still have to pay for my order. Not only was I like, “um ok” Imagen I didn’t have the money to pay a total of 200 bucks by the end of my avocado toast, a kids meal and a waffle, but the following 2 days I see the transaction went fully through with noooo refund, I double check the receipt that maria slapped on my table, turned out to be a duplicate receipt of my order, not what she accident charged or any refund on it but just a duplicate because guess what she saw me with a stupid face probably, so now I’m mad I call the managers Uriel (something like that) proceeded with saying they’re sorry they will try to fix it but waiting for another manager who can help me with this. I waited I am a nurse. So I waited for my surgery case to finish I got no call from them so I called them back on my break and they followed up saying “the refund says it processed through on our end, if I had any problems to contact my bank” so here I am not filing a claim for their mistakes and they just think it’s funny to rob people just cause they can get away with it so be prepared to take more than 200 dollars on their busy days because obviously “they’re so busy their mistakes are valid” I honestly don’t appreciate how they just look at you as a liar I even asked if I should wait a couple of days to see if the refund goes through they said “uuummmm just check tommorrow” .. yea it’s been since march 2nd for their mistake that they want no part of, I even offered to go in with my receipts maria gave me but nooo that, that wasn’t necessary so never again I don’t understand why you guys are so passive with stuff like this I’m not even from that area I live 45 mins away for them to rob me for a quick breakfast!!

My favorite thing about an Eggs Benedict is soaking up the yolk with the bread, but these eggs are overcooked. Dennys has a better version of Eggs Benedict for anyone wanting them done correctly.

We come here often but Our waitress (Alejandra m) was really rude and ruined our whole experience here .. From the beginning she had an attitude no smile just a serious face I said thank you when she came with our food and said nothing .I asked for napkins she rolled her eyes and said sure wait ,but never came didn’t offer us refills so my husband ask for refills and only served him a refill and didn’t bother to ask me . Did not bother to check up on us . I called the store once we left to let them know what happened a girl answer and I asked for her name 3 times and hung up. This is very unacceptable.. never felt so uncomfortable. The food was great tho so a big thanks to the cooks !

Went for a 7pm breakfast fix. It wasn't even remotely crowded. Maybe 2 or 3 tables with an average of 3- 4 people each. We waited to be seated about 3 minutes (not terrible). Originally, we got service fairly quickly, but we were checked on 1x. I ordered a diet Pepsi but was given a regular. It's not my 1st disappointing service experience here. Had hoped for improvement with time. Won't be back.

The food and service were amazing. We went around 8pm and my two little ones got to eat for free. I got the chicken breakfast sandwich which was delicious but a carb coma for sure lol. Surprisingly the gravy on it combines with the pickles was just a burst of flavor in my mouth. It did fall apart because the biscuits was so soft. I ended up eating it with a fork and knife. It does have hashbrown inside as well. My husband ate the sampler breakfast which had a little of every meat and it was enough to fill him up. My daughter's waffle was a bit on the dry side. The only downside to this location is it does look a bit run down on the inside, but it is fairly clean. All in all it was a good experience.
