Use to come here quite often for bread since either was good quality and baked fresh daily. Since they expanded to the neighboring unit I feel this has gotten to their head and their quality has immensely decreased. I came in today and purchased 4 mini conchas, and an empanada which cost 5.25. I'm sorry but mini conchas use to cost less than a dollar here. Also, I came here to get a cake last month ($50) and looked like the cake was made over a week ago. It didn't keep it's consistency and dropped down on all sides by the time we were going to cut it. Portos is some ways away from but their cakes are still $30. If this place does not clean up it's act and stop charging an arm and leg it will not make it in this town much longer.

I just wanted to buy a coffee and a piece of cake but the girl who was there like. 1140 morning very despotic she told me you need something in particular I told her that only a coffee a piece of cake told her it's going to take a long time I say something instead she Just go sell the coffee with a piece of cake I didn't do it I love their cakes but they need to have someone extra for cake orders and another charging there there were 3 people waiting it's not nice that someone waits so long just because one person needs a big order They can wait, it's not an emergency, I always buy bread there and I've never had a problem with anyone until this lady.

100% recommended. I ordered a cake for our wedding and I truly respect Luis (the baker) all my guests were fascinated with the cake and desserts. Flavor and texture is very important for the palate. This bakery is very good and is my new place for any event that involves cake or desserts

They turned out horrible, I had a grill made and I ordered half and half, 2 flavors and they only gave me 1 of them, bad service

Got a cake today, but the handwriting for the message was terrible. Looks like a child wrote it. I regret it. Why would they allow someone not qualified to decorate it? The pastries and cakes are always very good, but make sure you specify that you want someone who can write well.
I went in just to try the cream puffs and let me say... they did not disappoint. Bought 5, thinking they would make it home... but halfway home, I had scarfed them up. Went back recently and tried a slice of their vanilla cake with blue berries, strawberries, and almonds, and that cake was a perfectly moist cake, not too sweet with just the right amount of berries and almond ratio. We will definitely be coming back.

Very bad service. Employees need to be nicer to customers. The coffee is cold (not hot). The place is dirty and messy. I would not return and nor would I recommend buying bread here.

I was around the area and decided to try this place out based on the reviews I read. The bread is dry and a bit pricey. The chocolate chip cookies are good-sized and have a good amount of chocolate chips. The chocoflan and macarons are good as well. The cashier looks like she doesn't want to be there.
