Don’t go here if you don’t like waiting for your drinks that are supposed to be ready 25+ minutes ago. Why have an order online option if when you go inside to pick up NO ONE IS AT THE COUNTER TO ASSIST YOU. YOU ARE STANDING THEIR LIKE AN IDIOT. You have to legit shout and say excuse me or else they’ll continue to ignore you. The girl with her hair up with curls on the side ignored me when i told her i was there to pick up a mobile order. Had to ask the other girl with black hair there and she was rude as well and the drinks weren’t even made had to wait another 10 minutes. They need to fix their customer service big time

Walked in to pick up an online order and the guy at the register went to go check but didn’t even let me know if it was still being worked or not so I sat down for another few minutes; I had to ask another worker if my order was ready and it was . Initial worker seems too timid for the job, can’t do proper customer service . If you dislike your job that much then just leave

We had a really bad experience with the server that help us tonight her name is Edgir D. I believe that’s her name because it appears on my receipt. First of all she was rushing us to order when we had just enter the place not even a Hi or something nice so say just a bothered face she had. Second I told her to give us a second, when I was ready to order I told her we were ready to order and she totally ignore me!!! She was cleaning instead. Until another employee came closer to the register I told him if someone could help us because we were ready to order, he said that someone was going to help us, I’m pretty sure this girl heard me!! but this girl had me waiting until she finish cleaning WTH??? Costumers are priority in a business !!!!!!! When she finally came to take my order she was still been so rude like she was so annoyed by people or something if you have problems leave them aside of your job!!! I was about to leave and not order anything just because of how I was treated by this employee I was so mad and I saw a Korean guy I wasn’t sure if he was the owner almost wanted to make a complain in person but didn’t want to ruin more my night.… Edgir or whatever name you have if you hate your job quit and find yourself another job that makes you happy ? ! Terrible boba time place. The owner is very rude to his employees and the customer service is so bad. I have gone to that place many occasions. Slow service and I've given this place many second chances but I'm still underwhelmed by the staff. The manager Jordan isn't even helpful either. He always has a attitude and stingy face whenever he takes orders. Music is hella loud and the place is unclean. 1/10 and 1/5 stars yeah thank you boba time for my experience horrible the 11 times i have gone.

Drink was ok, however the service was alright it also but they took 30 minutes to just get 1 drink! Which was mine. I called to place an order but they never answer I had to drive there. Unbelievable customer service no one picks up the phone.
The owner treats his employees horribly. Ive gone multiple times and often overhear the owner mistreating his employees. Service is good because the employees work hard but the owner clearly does not see that without those employees he would not be where he is at. I will stop coming here and let my friends and family know how bad the Chinese Boss or owner treats his employees. Overall good service but one star for bad leadership.Will possibly update review in the future if I decide to come back.

Fatal. I was served by a very rude woman with a surgical nose who didn't give me coins, I gave her a bill and that person shouldn't work there either because she always has her ? face so she runs to the customers. That was my favorite place to buy my coffee. (NO MORE)?☹️
