The food is good, but 1 in 10 of the drivetru take your order well. Sometimes they are only going to complete their hours and not take care of you well. The night shift is not to mention much more complicated. They need more training.
They were fast but forgot my two tacos other than that they were good!

The smash burgers just a lot smaller, and I asked for fresh curly fries. Instead they gave me cold rock-hard curly fries. NUVIA served me, and I asked her for fresh frys. They will normally cook a lot of frys at one time. then let them sit and serve them out. But they are normally cold and hard as the serve them out. I'm paying for a good experience and good food. I will stop going to jack n the box for a while. All of the franchises do this practice. I asked other locations for fresh frys and they will make them for me. But the burger that I always get just became a lot smaller. Can't believe what just happened. So, no more

Hello I wanted to comment on something that I didn't like at all, I always come to pick up orders at this Jack in the box and today I asked her if I could use the bathroom and she told me that I had to buy something and I felt bad. And the girl who told me that was Griselda, just for that reason I'm not going to come here anymore.

So yesterday, I decided to try out Jack in the Box for the first time. As I walked in, the aroma of freshly cooked burgers and fries filled the air, making my mouth water. I ordered their famous Jumbo Jack burger with curly fries and a refreshing milkshake.
