The cashier today was extremely helpful. I think her name was Haidee, she was really nice and made my drink exactly how i always get it. She also showed me how to use the app and that is going to be a life changer for me since I come often.

A cashier name Heidy. I believe that's her name she does not wear a badge but she wears glasses and I got the name from the receipt. The moment me and my bf walked in we asked for vanilla blue bowls, she said they're out of the vanilla blue sky. So me and bf did not believed her because she had a bad attitude that she did not want to work and just wants to be on her phone so seemed like for her to avoid getting certain orders it’s easy for her to say we are out of a certain thing you ask for. We decided to place an online order to see if it was true and no she lied to us and it was available we had place only one bowl and we confronted her about it saying I thought you said it was not available and she did not say anything, didn’t even bother to apologize or at least to be honest about not wanting to do it to avoid taking orders. We asked her if we can order another bowl but with no strawberries and add bananas. She got the order wrong and put no coconut flakes instead. Whenever she takes the order she acts like she's listening to everything you're saying but she's not she's doing her own order. I rather drive a little further to another Jamba Juice just to avoid her because it is the second time I have a similar interaction with her and she just does not care because she always uses her phone while working

They refused service to me at 7:40pm yesterday Sunday.I came in with my husband and as soon as we came in the cashier short girl with glasses said just to let you know we take cash only my husband was going to run to get cash then she told us oh and it has to be the exact change my system is down and we cannot connect to the wifi I asked her if I could Do a online order she assured me that wasn't possible either now to me that's b******* because the person before us had just placed an order this sounded like we have 20 mins for closing time so we are refusing to do give service ! Super super bad customer service ! Hire people with better attitudes ! Not to mention the guys that were making the smoothies laughing at what the cashier was telling us store 742 you get a no star review !

Let me start off by saying that I am a former general manager for the company so anytime I get to stop by a Jamba these days I get pretty excited to see how the stores are currently doing! I walked into this store and instantly smelled something extremely foul. I looked around to realize this store was DIRTY. The floors were cleaned with dirty water and were not actually clean at all. The build up on the floors, baseboards, and the ceiling were all disgusting. I can tell that the owner of this location assuming that is a franchise does not care about investing in this location to make sure that it's even in shape to be in business. None of the fruit displays or wheatgrass displays were out. Nor the cold case. There was an empty drink fridge in the lobby too. There was a sign on the juice machines saying out of order. Both employees seemed miserable and are not properly trained. This store was an absolute disappointment. Whoever owns this store needs to have a serious conversation with their district manager and general manager of this location asap. Not to mention my poorly blended chunky smoothie.

Visited this place 3 times to get an açaí bowl. All 3 times they said they ran out of ingredients to make it! Lmao. The Chola behind the cash register was on the phone with lil puppet and was probably too busy to make it. Also that place smells like a dirty mop has been used everyday and smells like a$$ in there. They also put the chairs up so that people can't enjoy their smoothies there.

Unfortunately lately that I have gone this new employee has helped me out, she has such a bad attitude and SLOW service. Nothing that I tell her she understands, I asked last time for my order to be done with certain fruits and she only put banana, this time along I requested again and she gave me only strawberries. (I even specify , it’s fine charge me what ever). I couldn’t get her name because she doesn’t even have a name tag or anything but she is in the morning shift with reddish wavy hair.

I just walked out of this place unsatisfied and without my Jamba Juice. The worker ignored me the entire time and when I asked for help rudely told me to wait because she couldn’t do much without cleaning the blender. I am not one to tell people how to do their job but I could’ve happily waited seated after getting my order taken down FIRST instead I stood there being ignored and treated rudely. It was a very upsetting encounter so I left.

Ordered an acai bowl, they had no acai concentrate, substituted for a Vanilla Blue Sky bowl, turns out they had no strawberries for the topping, no pineapple, and no spirulina, the main ingredient you’re paying for. Left with a white colored concoction that taste like nothing but almond milk blended with a banana, something I can make at home. I tossed the bowl in the trash where it belonged and continue to mourn the $8 I spent, at-least i had 20% off right?? Never coming here get again, save yourself the disappointment & visit a local smoothie business.
