**Take your money elsewhere **
I used to love coming here and became a regular. 2 particular employees were always so welcoming, compared to an older lady that would never pay attention to my orders (she would either mess it up or only charge me for 1 drink..) I stopped coming because of that older lady. It has been a few months since I stopped by and today I decided to give it a go.
The problem started when I placed a mobile order ( estimate pick up in over 30 mins??) I arrived about 10 mins before in case it was ready. It was not. The store was not busy. I understand that they're doing some remodeling inside the store, but for a mobile pick up, it's ridiculous to have to wait 30 mins for pick up. It wasn't a delivery. The second issue was with the items themselves. I ordered an iced coffee and a chorizo egg burrito. The iced coffee was more milk than coffee. The burrito a little bigger than my hand and they did not provide the green salsa I asked in my order. I feel like I was ripped off on the burrito. If I'm paying $8 for a burrito, one would expect it to be big. I've been to cafes and have paid around the same price for a burrito and it is bigger.
Honestly, this used to be my fave spot and the drinks are more affordable than starbucks.

I usually go to other locations because of the quality. Truthful this location doesn’t have the same taste and quality. Last time I got a mold slices cake. So I decided to give it one more chance. For one they got my order wrong. I know there are two chipotle items but I did repeat my order and indicated I wanted the breakfast one and I still got the wrong one. Went back and the server was so rude and had the audacity mock a thank you.
Even if it’s a drive, I’d rather just go to Lincoln Heights or South Pasadena or Hollywood because this location terrible

If you order for pick up expect to wait after your pick up time says it's ready. Pick up time estimate 10-15 minutes. Took me 20 minutes to get there. Order should be ready right? No I waited another 30 minutes before it was ready.

Changing to oat milk should not be an “upgrade”. You can buy a half gallon for $5, so not sure why they feel they need to charge .$75 for 2oz
It will be better if you closed the bakery , is not what it used to be, today I came to buy a Mocha Cake and for my surprise there wasn’t cakes available , only flavors like guayaba, cajeta, fresa … I wanted a mocha, vanilla or a chocolate cake , and they said they we’re sold out !!! It was 3:00 pm. They must had made one cake 🤷♀️, I used to come to buy cakes and they used to have all flavors but not anymore 🙄🙄, I’m not coming back it’s a waste of time , this bakery is no good anymore

A modern panadería with Mexican coffee drinks and pastries. The conchas are soft and fresh. The café de olla latte is my favorite. The store is clean and has a cozy vibe. A nice mix of traditional and modern

Part of a local chain, but this location is well-kept and always stocked. The tres leches cake is soft and creamy. Their coffee drinks are strong and pair well with the pastries. Service is quick, even when it’s busy. A nice upgrade from your average bakery.

I came in for coffee but ended up leaving with pan dulce too. Their café de olla has the perfect cinnamon-spice kick. The bakery case is full of colorful pastries that are hard to resist. Service is quick and friendly. It’s nice to see a local chain that keeps quality consistent

While sweet bread and coffee in the morning is a must for any hispanic, this place is not a great place, their bread variety is not great, their coffee is ok but not great, their prices are way above average which is what they are in reality

Bright, cheerful bakery with delicious pan dulce. The conchas are soft and slightly sweet. They also serve good coffee and sandwiches. Staff is friendly and quick. Great for a morning pick-me-up.
