The lady had good customer service, the only thing I I didn’t like is that the mango raspado was like sour instead of sweet. I was happy for the other items but I wished that the menus up in the wall and the brochures had prices so I know what to get with my buffet. Overall they seem cool there, it looked clean for me.
I have been buying ice cream here for a long time and the women there are so sweet and kind however, the owner is so rude. He has the Worst customer service I have experienced in any store. He makes you feel so uncomfortable, and he makes inappropriate commentary. Not going back there again.

I have been shopping here for a while now and the only reason I have decided not to give a star is because of the friendly service of the ladies who work there but the owner is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever seen. He was very insulting to me and spoke to me in such a condescending and rude tone. Bitter old man I don't understand how you can be working in customer service if you can't treat people with respect.
Customer service is always great. Best around tbh. If you’re around the area, check this place out HANDS DOWN!

The best ice cream I have ever tried
Omg. I went this week, they have very very poor management with the store. Its freaking hot. I dont know how the workers could stand being there its litterly hotter than the outside whether. I have complains with the employees what so ever I just feel bad for them.
