I went last night to get 2 biónicos and a fruta picada con tajin y chamoy , I totally regret going somewhere new to try it out , the biónicos didn't have a good flavor not even the fruit it tasted like sink water and they put more strawberries instead of mixed fruits and the strawberries probably were left overs ! I would NOT return back to this location

The lady had good customer service, the only thing I I didn’t like is that the mango raspado was like sour instead of sweet. I was happy for the other items but I wished that the menus up in the wall and the brochures had prices so I know what to get with my buffet. Overall they seem cool there, it looked clean for me.

I have been buying ice cream here for a long time and the women there are so sweet and kind however, the owner is so rude. He has the Worst customer service I have experienced in any store. He makes you feel so uncomfortable, and he makes inappropriate commentary. Not going back there again.

I have been shopping here for a while now and the only reason I have decided not to give a star is because of the friendly service of the ladies who work there but the owner is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever seen. He was very insulting to me and spoke to me in such a condescending and rude tone. Bitter old man I don't understand how you can be working in customer service if you can't treat people with respect.
We bought a bunch of paletas and my favorites were the mango with chili and mango with chamoy. Tried the rompope but it wasn't my favorite. All in all we pay 5 per paleta in Miami so this was a deal and better. Customer service was great.

Came back and I think price increased one scoop is now $3.99! Crazy prices. This time, I tried the mangoneada with chamoy and watermelon, it was ok. Not the best. I come to this one because I go to the bank next door, but I might try a new Michoacána.
