Got myself the bbq and chicken katsu mix. When I opened the plate, I found that instead of the bbq beef that my order was supposed to have, it was mostly replaced by beef fat and they really had the audacity to serve me that and call it bbq beef. Went back and got a refund but that person in the kitchen has got to go if they think it’s ok to be serving beef fat. They must’ve given me a palm sized chunk of beef fat.

It was my first time trying this food worst experience! I was attended by Katelyn cashier asked for menú details poor customer service. I waited over 15 minutes after every one in the restaurant had already obtained their orders brought it up to the managers attention seemed not to care!!! Not recommended service was trash!!!

I always come to this location good food and good customer service. Except today Brian was rude . Restroom was closed at 6 pm ! He's attitude was horrible if he was having a bad day he shouldn't have taken it out on the customers.

The food is good , the staff are very polite and helpful . The service is average and the atmosphere is a bunch of messy tables and booths . The tables were dirty and the condiments table was a mess . The atmosphere made this place feel and look GHETTO ??♂️.Vegetarian options: You would have to buy the meal at full price and take the meat off the plate .

I really enjoyed Ono Hawaiian BBQ; not only was the food delicious, but the portion size was also incredibly generous. Additionally, they included four sauces, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely consider returning here in the future.(:

We love ono hawaiian bbq. One of our go-to this review is for the online delivery. We ordered 2 katsu bbq mix and 1 mini chicken katsu. And they gave us 1 katsu sauce and 4 bbq sauce. We love the food but without the sauce it is disappointing.
