All staff, especially drive-thru employees were rude. After asking for a refill, I was told by an employee I could go to the drive-thru, just to be denied and told rudely that they didn't do Refills. Overall, a really bad service but good was good.

This location always forget the extra sauce that I pay extra for! They serve undercooked fries, always soggy and hard. I love Canes but this location is an embarrassment. And this last time the toast was falling apart. My fault for not looking in the box in the store before going home, I guess...

This was definitely the worst canes experience I have had... The fries were like to bottom shake from the bag and the chicken pieces were smaller than usual.
What made it worse was it was a pain to get to from the freeway.

The staff were nicer when it first opened, now im waiting at the register and being ignored by 3 cashiers . This has never happened before at any other locations. Very disappointed

They try to be so quick they give you the wrong food. I tried to go back to see if they corrected it and they said I had to get into a big drive thru line. What’s the point of doing drive thru if you need to wait another 16 minutes again over something
That is not your fault! It’s the workers there not paying attention. When I ask the guy why can’t I just get my food they said oh we are too busy! This is crazy and unprofessional.
