On 3/24/24 at roughly 7:30 PM. I go to order a number 2 , triple meat sandwich. Sandwich only. No combo. I placed my order at the order window with a male employee. I then walked over to the pick up window. As I’m waiting on my food another employee , tall black hair female, different from the one I placed my order with, walks over and ask me if I’m there to “pick up”, I begin to tell her that I ordered my food and was waiting for it. I couldn’t get a chance to utter 3, words as she slams the window in my face. And walks away.I waited for my food , gets handed my food by the employee I ordered it from then walk to my car. I see that im missing ketchup, I go back to the window to ask for some ketchup, and the same girl who slammed the window in my face began to give me dirty looks. I get the ketchup from the male employee asks to speak to a Manager , I get told the manager was immediately available then I leave.

I don't know how good the food isBut the stupid people who eat out side and complain about the pigeons need to eat inside or take home....stop complaining the pigeons were here before any of us they are just trying to survive like all of you that comes to America for a better life ... LOOKING TO SURVIVE.., JUST THINK ABOUT IT
I had 4 cars in front of me. after placing my orderit took them 35 minutes for me to receive my food. The Food was great, though. Hamburger was very juicy the fry's crunchy.The chili dog just hit the spot. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it. Just expect to wait longer for your food.

Honestly i loved coming here but recently rallys has been dropping the ball. Everytime i come here i see a stupid oppossum watching me and the cars behind me order for 30 minutes because the workers at rallys dont seem to know what the “fast” in “fast food” means. But honestly the food makes it worth the wait because it be hitting the rights spots. And also speaker doesnt work because i have to guess what theyre saying all the time because it sounds like theyre trying to talk to me with 2 cups and a string attached. Ill still go back though
