Food quality has improved over the years to Good but not great. Their portions are too small for what they charge. I can't help but feel taken advantage of. Won't be visiting again. Save your money.

If youre looking for a taste of TX the brisket here gets pretty close. Unlike places like Moos Craft, Rays immediately hits you the smell of smoke and you can actually see the smokers. That's an immediate green flag and the flavor of the smoke on the brisket reflected the ambience of the place. Definitely recommend if youre missing TX bbq.
Brisket was done to perfection; extremely delicious. Mac n cheese a bit dry for my taste however the bbq sauce was amazingly tasty to notice the difference.
