Nice small family owned BBQ spot tucked away on a strip mall. Open for just a short amount of time but definitely worth it. Meats are sold by pound or half pound. Sides are pretty good. There are a few lunch benches inside and small parchment paper is given per guest for dine in. Very friendly family that will gladly answer any questions or help out anyway they can plenty of free parking outside including some handicap parking
Vegetarian options: Just sides but possibly not vegan. They are very nice if you want to call and ask specifically

Absolutely some of the best brisket and BBQ I've had. This is a gem for this area and a must try. It absolutely belongs in the top tier. The sides could always use more work but the main course of meats do not disappoint.
The food is amazing ! Customer service was excellent, price is according with the quality presented . Definitely recommend this place . I’m not a big fan of bbq , but the food and sides were delicious, coleslaw and potato salad was one of a kind.

Hands down best BBQ in LA and I would say so far in California. Originally from Texas and have done the whole Texas Monthly top 50 joints and Ray's bbq fits the bill.
Their brisket is tender and fat is correctly rendered with a good amount of smoky flavor. Sides are simple and very well executed in which they add to the smoked meats and allow them to shine when you order them in a burrito or bowl. Their bbq sauce is sweet and spicy and goes great in the bbq.
Yes it's expensive but there's a reason for it. Ray's cares about the craft and puts their heart into it. And it shows in their food. Come try it out you will not be disappointed. Portions are huge!!
