The worst cake I have ever ordered in my life, I made my order days in advance, when I came to pick it up they had forgotten a detail of the cake, a rather important detail, the person in charge told me that they would do it again, that in an hour they could have it ready for me OK I agreed, when the time came to cut the cake it was not even the type of bread I had chosen, it was very ugly, until today it is the worst birthday cake.

Tres leches cake was curdled went back for a refund they checked all their cakes and they were all bad too don’t recommend buying cakes from there.

The bread is good and affordable however the customer service is pretty bad. I have walked in several times and sometimes I have to shout out for someone to come help me at the cash register. Also they leave some bread out in the sun which I'm pretty sure is a health violation. Sometimes you'll see dead flies against the window.

Walked in about 5 minutes ago. I started getting bread and putting it on the tray. The lady who’s working is having a very loud, personal conversation on the phone. I see a fly crawling on the bread and I tell her “excuse me, there’s a fly on the bread”. She looks up and says “oh yes, they get in when they open the door”, and continues with her conversation. I put the bread back and left. Wth!! Go ahead and buy your bread with flies here. Disgusting !!
