I came tonight and went through the drive thru to buy 2 drinks and I ordered with no ice and the cashier told me that it is 1 dollar extra for the no ice in the cup and I was shocked because how are they going to charge me extra because I don't want ice, this is the first time someone has told me that and it seems like such an absurd and stupid thing to me and what they did with my drink, adding extra ice without asking for it, woo, they have bad customer service, they should train them more and the management should pay attention how your employees work

I went this past Weekend on Saturday. Feb 17, 2024 the young ladies working the cashier and brewing the coffees/teas were super nice. The young lady who rang me up was super sweet. I had the strawberry acia with lemonade and the Pink drink venti. Would definitely recommend and most likely re ordering the same drinks. Thanks again who ever worked that shift the Saturday morning ?❤️

EVERYTIME I go this damn starbucks there’s always this employee/worker with an attitude. she works in cashier and dayum she doesn’t even smile even when you talk to her politely with manners.. it’s annoying and i will NOT be coming to this

Bad service, I don't know if the staff lacks training or something.On Friday, October 27, I went to buy some drinks and I ordered a dragon mango with lemonade without dragon fruit and without ice and the girl who was serving me at the window told me that if I wanted it without ice she was going to charge me 1 dollar more because she had I had to fill my glass if I didn't want to pay the dollar I had to put ice and I told him that if that was going to be like that then he should discount the dragon fruit that I wasn't getting and he told me that I couldn't do that because I couldn't There was a button to make that discount for me, that's bad service.

For people that do Uber eats, the service sucks here in Huntington Park. I arrived and the order wasn't done, it took them about 30 min. To make it, while doing the order, they would do other orders first. So what Uber eats isn't important to them, because to us drivers, delivering is important, time is critical.
