Place really good service I have come here many times and I got a free drink once and another time I came they gave me a bigger size cup than ask for so I got more well the price of small cup and they have welly prepared drinks and food.

This starbucks knows how to make drinks and they are delicious. Instead of going to the one in maywood that does not know how to make drinks, i always come to this one. The staff is friendly and nice, They are quick at making drinks.

coming into this location there were two women and a man, all employees, you would think they’d great you since your walking into an empty establishment. The communication was little and when they realized it was a pick order the women didn’t say a word, turned her back got the bag and handed it to me and went back to speaking to her coworkers. usually i don’t leave bad reviews but that was extremely off putting. HP staff do better.

I love coming to this Starbucks. Every time I come, this barista named Fernando, he's always happy with a smile. He welcomes you, he's full of good vibes, and he transmits all of his happiness to you.. I know this review only allows 5 stars but I give him 10. He's always above and beyond... keep it up... he deserves a raise on his Salary...

Would come here all the time for drinks, snacks and use their restrooms. Got Crohn's disease, and sometimes last 20-30 mins in the restroom. Clearly staff had a problem with that. Saying i make a mess in their restrooms, sometimes i walk in and theirs already a mess and i kick the trash to the side cuz its not my job to clean it up. Yet when the toilets are pissed on, i clean them so i can use them. Lazy fat barista just doesnt want to do her job and clean the restrooms. Going to start taking pics of the inside to make sure they dont blame me for every mess theyve got in there.

The drinks are good but the people working there are rude and mean a woman name Alma thinks she owns the place .
They rushed the drinks no matter what time it is. Coffee drinks have no flavor, more like water. I get from hot and cold coffees and is always the same thing.

I have been coming to this Cafe shop for years and was excited when they were remodeling it, for my surprise no more sitting inside, no Restrooms? The warse part is the big change in customer service… I waited patiently for over 3 minutes before I was acknowledged and was helped in a rude way. I said I was not going to be back but I was in the area today and gave it another shot and the waiting time and customer service was as bad as my previous visit. Please address this as we are paying for a nice cup of coffee and would like to enjoy it. Thanks for your time.
