I have been coming to this Cafe shop for years and was excited when they were remodeling it, for my surprise no more sitting inside, no Restrooms? The warse part is the big change in customer service… I waited patiently for over 3 minutes before I was acknowledged and was helped in a rude way. I said I was not going to be back but I was in the area today and gave it another shot and the waiting time and customer service was as bad as my previous visit. Please address this as we are paying for a nice cup of coffee and would like to enjoy it. Thanks for your time.

I used to love this place , but lakely , they have more workers, but the service is focused on the drive thru and not in the customer at the front desk.
I just waited for 20 minutes with another 10 person to begin me , no service was provided to us, we ended leaving the store.

Employees laughed at me for asking to use restroom that doesnt exist. Only Starbucks in the world with no restroom.

They did an upgrade to the store, and it is cute and all, but what I dont like is that there is no more sitting area and there are no more restrooms. I don't know if they are going to put outside sitting.

New remodeled look no longer has restrooms or tables for real customers. It's plain and ugly now. Terrible.

Moca.Love it..Today Thursday 7 :15 pm..We where attending for a such nice kind guy.. They're always been kind whit Us..But today I was really surprised by a nice guy.. Congratulations to Starbucks having a good personal... ???
