at first time, a worker said my order wasn't ready but it was ready for 30 minutes... never said sorry, second time here, employee didn't know the deal they are advertising. 6 in sub, small drink, a chip, 2 cookies for $6.99, wouldn't give me a chip because chip was missing from app order, never going back here again

Second time here they have 1 worker making walk in sub at register and online orders first time I came took me 40 minutes to order today took me 20-25 minute with only 2 people infront of me they guy needs more help

I ordered on the app and it was suppose to be ready at 7 didnt get my food until 7:50. It wasnt the workers fault , the poor kid had so many orders to do and running out of bread and ingredients, he was all by himself , cheap owners have to get more staff to help , completely unacceptable.

Terrible customer service, they prepared my order with sheer disdain for not going to bring more, they gave me nothing but leftovers in my sandwich, I asked for something from the menu and they didn't have it, I waited 30 minutes for them to serve me bad bad bad the worst of all in customer service customer

so you go in and while stand in line you wait and wait and wait and wait while the employee makes phone orders and after about 15min of waiting you finally get frustrated and ask how long will it take to place an order. the new.guy goes as asks the incompetent person in charge and then she comes out to the front saying indirectly to the new guy that the phone orders are priority. management needs to be replaced

Service is good at times the staff is short handed. This place gets busy and is 24 hours low occupancy seating and minimal drink station. Eat and go type of vibe.

Please do not go here. They should just Shut down. No Chicken Breast available for a Sub sandwich. No Olive Oil as I always use oo for my Dressing. No Croutons for my salad. No Chicken or Brocolli Cheddar soup available either. What else are they out of??!! Plus the Hispanic ladies are rude as can be. Please do not give them ur business. Its horrible there.

The worst place for mobile orders and pick ups, 3 times they had me wait 15 minutes for my order to be done, i could have just came in and order like normal and it would have been faster. The young kids have attitude and work slow all the old timers are working hard, those young kids are worthless.
