This is a nice, modern store. Most of the time it's clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. There were homeless people earlier this year but I haven't seen them lately. The ice machine has been out of order for about 3 weeks.

I've taken two bites from this after opening. Do you see any meat? There's no meat on my nachos. There's a load of sauce and guac and barely any cheese. I wish I could take my money back, honestly.

Horrible experience won't ever come back to this Taco Bell ever again I sat in line for 12 to 15 minutes without even ordering my food customer service took so long that people started driving away I had to back my car out the driveway right along with others cuz they took so long and had to settle for Jack in the box horrible customer service I won't ever be wasting my time or spending my money coming there ever again and if you don't believe me on this day roll the cameras back and you can see how long this person took let alone all the cars backing out the driveway

Manager yislene was very rude and racist questioning why I didn’t speak Spanish and complaining to me about customers being rude to her and I replied because your being rude to each quest that walks through the door

Passed by the drive thru. The girl was talking super quietly I could not hear her. She seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. I’m not sure what her name is but she was working at night when I passed by today around 8pm. She also forgot my fries and had me pull forward to wait for my order just to forget an item.

Ordered online and was told not to pull up to the window yet just to wait in line. I substituted seasonal beef for chicken and got home and it was seasonal beef. I tried calling 7 times and no one answered.
My experience here was extremely bad. The cook makes extremely rude comments to their customers. Idk how that is acceptable in a big food chain restaurant. If he treats customers like this i don't want to imagine how he is with his work team.
They are not the typical Mexican tacos, maybe just to satisfy your hunger or try them once. They are folded toast with little meat, lettuce and sauce

This Taco Bell location is just straight up bad. The workers literally sigh and roll their eyes when a customer tries to order food. They get the order wrong most of the time and take forever to make it. I saw two customers leave this place because of how bad their customer service is.
