The Buffalo Spot - Huntington Park

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Not only was it not ready on time, but when I expressed my frustration, they refused to offer a refund or any kind of solution.

What made it even worse was what I saw in the kitchen—the cook was preparing food with bare hands and no gloves. That is completely unacceptable and unsanitary.

Between the poor customer service and the unsafe food handling, I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

The Buffalo fries are so good! The shakes are good as well. I normally order from the kiosk but everytime I go in, I'm always greeted by the cashier &/or asked if I need help with my order. I've been to this location twice and the restaurant is always clean.

Most horrible customer service at night. Avoid at all costs. We found a hair in our food, no one working was wearing hairnets, and the cashier was an ahole and accused us of planting it there. The food was flavorless too, but the service was definitely the worst.

The shake was good, but the lemon pepper wigs had a strange odor & flavor to it. The food becomes soggy because of the packaging.

I went on a Thursday around 9:30pmAnd two employees were inside cleaning and one of them came out to the register and said they were closed last order they take was at 9:20pm.Clearly the website it says they close at 10pm.And if they do close at 9:20pm they need to update the hours online…They could’ve locked the doors or just told the truth..

Got sick 3 hours after eating there chicken sandwich. Looking at the sandwich I noticed the chicken was way to thick I was afraid it would not be cooked all the way through. They should have pounded it out to help it cook more evenly and make it not so tough. The Buffalo sauce was little to none and it was Runny. Not going to order there again.

Very nice server. Pointed out the Tuesday special. I bought 15 boneless wings for $9. Three sauces which were not as spicy as they should have been. Good flavor though. I was hungry. Hit the spot!
