Very fast service good customer service too good coffee and pastries would definitely come back

Terrible customer service! They were rude and didn’t want to help. They were closing 1 and 1/2 earlier than what it said. Didn’t want to give any pastries. This location only.

It was very uncomfortable to be here. The tables were dirty, they had reggaeton playing, and a long line that was the result of them not openly displaying the menu like a normal coffee shop, but just having one physical copy that you got to see when it was your turn to order. The menu wasn't appealing to me personally, but that's because I don't like my drinks to be too sweet, and there weren't many food/ dessert options either.

Terrible customer service. Drinks were placed on the counter without calling names. I waited 20 minutes and discovered my drinks were taken by someone else, even though I was standing there the whole time and no one called my name. They even took my pastries without verifying. I didn’t think I needed to stand there like a hawk. After 20 minutes of waiting patiently, I asked the lady at the counter, and she was clueless and couldn't find my order. I asked for a refund, got no apology, just a receipt and a 'thank you.' This location absolutely needs better organization and leadership.
