Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru

I made a stop on 8/25/25 at 8:30 am … everyone looked upset , placed my order and didn’t tip , how can I tip when I order and feel like an inconvenience? …. Ordered 3 drinks and 2 were practically half filled . I won’t be returning … experiences like this is why a lot of folks are resorting to tik tok to get recipes to make their own lattes at home . Also just to be clear , yes they were busy but there was at least 8-10 employees so no reason to be mad for being busy .

Drive thru was very fast. There was a gentleman taking orders and the line moved quick. This was at 8:30am so you know it was lots of people getting their coffee. The attendant at the window was nice as well. Love coming to get my coffee fix when I go to work.

Terrible experience 08/08/2025 always come to this location and I’ve never experienced such bad service from one of the girls in this location. Was at 10:14pm girl at the window that was handing us our drinks was very rude.

Usually here at the drive through, for a quick go to cafecito run. The drinks are always good. But whoever was on bar August 3rd around 7/7:30pm made one of the BEST salted caramel lattes I’ve had ALL SUMMER!!

One of the best Mexican coffees in town, I love everything after the fact that the large drink is like 80% ice, medium is like 35% ice - therefore comes the same

The girl in the window was rude. They made my drink with almost no wip cream and I asked her if they could put more like they usually do it. she was charging me more..I asked someone else at another tierra mia if they charge she said no that's wrong. I remember how she looked, and I could point her out. I understand people have bad days, but you need good customer service.

I tried the horchata frappe not that good so I will stick with the one I ordered before the chocolate Mexicano frappe.

the girl baristas are always so much nicer to my boyfriend than to me. been there multiple times and i just receive dirty looks from them especially when i go with him. they need to fix their customer service.

I dont know if it's because its a high volume store , but the workers are generally not very good at customer service. I called earlier to confirm hours, just a bad attitude on the phone and when I go there. I think management needs to speak to their shift supervisors or something. I generally like all tierra mia locations but this one is just not it, will not be returning.
