I ordered to go and was sitting like an idiot, waiting for my order while everyone else that was dining in was getting served! After I got tired of waiting, I got up to ask, and it turns out my order was already packed sitting on the counter but the IDIOT cashier forgot about us, even though he kept passing by our side serving tables! A huge part of customer service is being aware of your surroundings!
