Very bad service I asked to use the bathroom and they were very rude to me

The only lady you cooks the food is always talking crap about the customer, the employees don’t get it I can tell them 100 times and they still get my order wrong and then look at me like I’m stupid . The food is good I wish you had different employees though .

The cashier, and two other employees who work in the morning, are terrible at serving customers. One day I invited a friend to eat there and a man who works there and the cashier were very aggressive with my friend. At that moment there was a young man with his baby and upon seeing this attitude he decided to leave and did not buy anything. The fact was that There were two signs, one said that the bathroom could be used by customers and the other said that the bathroom could only be used by employees. Previously, I used that bathroom when I went to eat there. When my friend saw the title that said customers could use the bathroom, he tried to use it. But the employee who was leaving the bathroom blocked his way in a very bad way and I told him that there was the title that said that the customer could also use the bathroom. And that man aggressively tore off the sign and got into a pose as if to hit my neighbor. I was very scared. And my friend, seeing me very scared, decided that we should leave for my well-being. I advised him to sue that man and the cashier for what they caused. I recorded everything and took photos of the two signs. I hope the owners do something before someone else who suffers mistreatment from these employees is not like my friend who chose better to leave because others could even respond with violence or more. I just hope that man is not the owner because he is going to find the shape of his shoes.

Very bad service yesterday I placed my order by phone when I was ready to pick it up the man who was waiting in line sent me the message and told me that your order is here but know what is the point of ordering by phone if you have to wait the same time and even worse the food is already going It is very cold, I will not go to this place again. I have been going to this place for years and something like this has never happened to me. I hope you take this into account because the truth is that many people will stop going with this service. If I could, I would give it 0 stars.

I want to start off by saying the service is plain awful, I wish I could give the manager or whoever’s in charge a call on who they let in their staff.
Professionalism in a place starts by being respectful to clients. Not hitting on someone abruptly. Leave that for your time off.
If the hiring manager is reading this, please pay more attention to your male staff when it comes to female customers.
10/10 would not recommend.

One of the men there have made it a point to keep trying to talk to me as well as ABOUT me to other coworkers and lately has made me feel uncomfortable and has been the reason I don’t go in there alone as a girl. I’m not sure how to feel about it all. I feel as if it is disrespectful especially when making comments about my looks. Other than that everything else is fine.

I ordered a Ham and Croissant which is $3,99
The receipt said Bagel $1.99 Croissant 0.75 and Ham $3.99 which the total is over 6$ . Server is Ludim O S . Warning ⚠️ check the receipt don’t get over charged . I did ask why I was charged more and he did not know what to say .

I came to dinner with my family and the tables were dirty. We asked the girl serving if she would give us a wet towel to clean the table and she only gave us dry paper to clean it.The donuts and everything they sell there are very delicious but the other tables were dirty so you can't enjoy everything delicious they sell I hope that on my next visit the tables are not so dirty

Brisia was so sweet, love that manager. She always treated us like family. I’ve been going to winchell’s for many years now and never had nothing bad to say until now. The new manager treats their employees horrific, always talking down on them. I heard him scream at them in front of customers. There’s only sweet ladies there and they’re amazing always treating customers right. I wish someone can check on those employees. Being mistreated by the new manager.
