Went last week and a girl with a purple clip has attitude not only towards costumers but her coworkers as well, she is very disrespectful. Asked for something and she ignored me at first, then gave it to me with attitude.

if you want to wait 30 mins for 2 plates come to this yoshinoya. the staff here at night are the slowest I've ever seen and so unorganized. the steamed vegetables took the longest to add to our order at around 30 mins.last time i came here it took just as long.

Came here around 11:16 PM and Abigail was helping us and shes double checking if they have extra chicken for our bowls and there she goes to the back with her coworker and talking all low which is rude and says things in front of customers like we're not hearing and stating that they couldn't make anymore food when clearly the cook offered to make more and she goes " no " lol and apparently they turn everything off and they close the store at 11:20 when they actually close at 12 COUNT YO DAYS BALD HEADED ABIGAIL

Honestly I love yoshinoya in general but this place is bad. Very dirty and the young guy that took my order…….RUDE!!! Sorry but if u do not like your job, QUIT and get u something u like. Never coming back here again.

There’s a close to 50/50 chance that if you order habanero chicken you’ll get teriyaki chicken. Or they forget

Aggressive homeless people like to chill in this place. They don't ask for your help. They demand money and flip you off or insult you if you say no and staff don't seem to care and they skimp on my plate even tho I payed for the XL combo, last time I come to this Yoshinoya.

I ate here for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised despite all of the bad reviews. Even my own mother told me not to try this place because of a bad experience she had at another location! For me it was very flavorful the place was clean and the people were nice, I also don't feel as heavy after eating beef and rice which is surprising, I'll be back for more!

Took 20 minutes to make 1 Combo Plate,Very very dirty inside, had a wet area and noone put a cone only an employee that had just clocked in did.Dirty tables they dont clean,Ive ate yoshinoya before many many times, and this is the only spot ive been disappointed in. Added very little rice aswell. Not satisfied ..

Rude customer services make sure you let themKnow you have a rewards Account ordering because lord forbid you tell them afterwards. I work customer services for many years and this has by far the most rude customerServices ever. They need more training and need to learn to be more friendly.
