Definitely not what I expected to find in a "truck stop" but I have absolutely zero complaints. Indoor and outdoor seating. The food is as fresh as it gets. This station is set off in the hills in a field and it was a beautiful environment to park and spend my evening while I wait for another load. Dinner was phenomenal. Flavor was fantastic. I definitely hope I get to pass through here again so I get another opportunity to enjoy a meal here. Customer service was spot on. Kind and fast. And, the Aqua Fresca is always an authentic beverage to compliment an authentic meal.

Great food in a truck stop grill. So much better value than other options. 3 egg omelette with chorizo, peppers, onions, and cheese. Side of beams and rice. Grand total $13 and scrumptious.

Closed at 3:30 on a Saturday?! This is the best food on the interstate for a 100 miles come on everybody order a burrito on Saturday afternoon to keep this place open...

On our way home after a trip, they were open on New Years day, really good tacos given it's inside a gas station it's a good change from sandwhich/burgers you typically get while on the road. Very fast and friendly service too

LaSabroso is a small Mexican taco shop located inside a rest stop and travel center area along I5 in Huron, CA. We stopped here for tacos along our drive from LA to San Jose. Tacos were very good, especially considering it's a road-stop restaurant. We got shrimp tacos, guacamole and carne asada tacos, both were very good. We will stop here again. Very good fresh food and service. I like the build it to your taste. Had a shrimp burrito bowl with guacamole. Good size serving, enough for two meals. The truck stop is nice and clean and comfortable to sit and eat.
Who knew this little restaurant inside of the gas station was going to be so awesome? We ordered a barbacoa burrito and it was amazing. The staff was nice and friendly and made it quickly! And it was very reasonably priced. I recommend this place!

Much better than expected for a gas station Mexican restaurant. We went there twice and the workers were very nice and fast. I highly recommend if you're looking for something fast while traveling.

Food was so fresh and flavorful, totally unexpected for a gas station stop. This has authentic flavor and made right in front of you. Strong tastes but not too spicy or salty. Guacamole is free of charge for vegetarian burritos - but the guac is so good, worth the extra charge. Service was very kind and accommodating. Will be back!

I got off the freeway for gas and was willing to eat just about anything. The Subway line was long so I figured what the heck, I'll try this mall food court looking Mexican place. Expecting it to be mediocre or worse. It blew away my expectations. It's not as good as a San Diego taqueria but my super nachos were very legit. Even made by an old Mexican lady who spoke no English. Definitely recommend this over Subway if you're here and hungry and like Mexican food.
