Great hot dogs! I only got the ‘Tijuana Dick’ — while it was delicious I really wish jalapeños were spicier! They packed no punch.

This place is the goat er… the dog. Had an amazing hot dog here today, snagged the last one before they sold out. They really put a lot of effort into high quality food and presentation and the owner is very nice. Hoping to get back tomorrow for their tendies
We are visiting from Washington state and saw Dick’s Dogs right downtown. What a wonderful place owned and operated by our friend Richard. Definitely a must try!!

I really like Ali at the hot dog stand at Lowe's. He is attentive and cheerful and very kind!! He always has a smile to brighten our day. His hotdogs are regular, polish or all beef it comes with chips and a medium drink when you make it a combo! My friend and I love coming here instead of Costco because Ali has All the condiment you can think of! My friend couldn't choose between Pepsi or Coke! And he gave her both! Which was a pleasant surprise! Kindness goes a long ways! Big shout out to Ali at Dick's Dogs in front of Lowe's!!!

Dick’s is a a fun little food truck located in the downtown area of Idyllwild. It is seemingly the only food truck in town, but that’s okay because it is such a fun experience! There’s pretty much something here for everyone, including vegetarian options. A few of the hot dogs and one of the burgers can be made vegetarian which my partner and I appreciated. We each got an Alpine dog and the naked fries and everything was delicious. There’s a lil fire pit and some outdoor seating just out front of the food truck too, which is nice. Overall I definitely recommend Dick’s for an afternoon lunch spot if you’re looking for a nice bite to eat in Idyllwild. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit, thanks Dick’s!!
