You must understand that scooping ice cream is not a quick and/or easy task. They work as quickly as they can in a small space. Their ice cream is excellent and a very friendly staff. Be patient. It's worth the wait.p

Wonderful ice cream shop with great service and really fun seasonal choices. This one is “ The great Pumpkin”. Great family atmosphere and kids picnic table on side.

Yum!! We stopped here twice in our two day visit to Idyllwild! Loved the variety of flavors. We got ice cream and the kids got shaved ice. Everything was delicious! We also love the vibe of this place. ? can’t wait to come back!

The vegan ice cream was really good!

Fresh ice cream, mountain vibes and good music coming from across the street. We'll go up a couple times a month in the summer, kids love the ice cream and we all love getting out of the city!

Amazing flavors tried caramel cashew with the chocolate and almond topping. Ice cream is really yummy ! Place is Crowded. Service is pretty fine. Basically ice cream is served through a small window. They have seating outside.

Not a lot of seating (3-4 tables) but quick counter service food good ice cream and shaved ice! Their pup cups are amazing for dogs (natural vanilla with a dog biscuit)

Their ice cream and malts were so creamy and good. The flavor was so nice, without the sickening sweet. A true delight and worth the day trip up for this ice cream alone. No kidding.
