Great lively place with good pub food and beer. The patio overlooking the trees was excellent. I'd definitely eat here again the next time I'm in Idyllwild. Our dogs loved it too!
Great beers and snacks! All of the appetizers looked good but we went with the pretzel and onion rings. We also tried the imperial stout (so good!), the hazy IPA, heferweizen, orange blonde, and raspberry blonde. The vibe is super nice outdoors, and the staff were all friendly!
Amazingly fast service and the food options were pretty good. I wish they had a Caesar’s salad on the menu but my son loved his burger!
First time visiting the Brewpub. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for a little lunch with the family. It has a great location with an expansive patio overlooking the forest. In fact, the patio is the main dining area. There is very little seating in doors. It has lots of heaters to keep you warm on chilly days. The food was excellent. The menu is mostly burgers, but they do have a few salads and chicken sandwich options. Service was a little slow, but they were quite busy. The food and drinks came out fast after the order was placed. In short, we will be back again and again.
Really excellent! Had the pulled pork after MTB riding. And charging the EV in the lower parking lot is a plus!
Wish we lived closer, would be here all the time! All around a great place to be!
Good atmosphere and I did enjoy the taste of the vegan burger. The waitress asked if I wanted it fully vegan and I said yes. She explained that meant no cheese.😒There was a dressing or mayo on it (not 1000 island like the description said), and I normally would have questioned it. However, the waitress wasn’t around and didn’t come check on me, so I just ate it since she had told me the burger would be fully vegan. My stomach did make quite a few unusual noises later, so I would definitely ask next time.
Came here wanting to order the cream of mushroom soup (they were out) and the cauliflower wings (no longer on the menu). Ended up having the avocado ponzu salad, which was great, and the Brussels sprouts, which were nice but too much altogether. Surcharges for the burger swaps are unfortunate, especially without (vegan) cheese.
I mostly came here to have a beer and somehow accidentally picked the most expensive sour I've ever had 😂 besides that I had a bowl of the vegan cream of mushroom soup which I have not really seen done before, and it was delicious!! One of the salads also sounded delightful but I didn't try it. Nice to have some interesting options at a brewery instead of the usual sad fare.
I usually don't expect much from brewery food, but this place serves food with the quality of a fine restaurant. Over two visits I tried the avocado ponzu salad, the seasonal spring salad (without the goat cheese), the cream of mushroom soup, and the brussel sprouts. Everything was phenomenal. The staff was very knowledgeable about vegan options. Sad to see some reviewers had a negative experience but it seems like they have made a lot of improvements since those reviews.

Not really my kind of place. Went with friends. No good for people on anti-inflammatory diet. Choose carefully. Very, very noisy. Hard to communicate if you're hard of hearing, even with hearing aids.
Parking: Parking is below and open.

I wasn’t too impressed with my appetizer and meal, although the portions on the fries was ample. However, the dessert was huge and absolutely delicious! Blondie sundae with whipped cream, honeycomb candy, and vanilla honey drizzle. I’d go back just to have that again.
The location is nice. You do have to go up some stairs to get there, but, if you sit outside, you’re right by the trees. Of course, it’s a pub, so there’s still loud music.
The service was great at first. They took my order and brought my food very quickly, but once I finished my burger, I had to wait a while before someone came to take my dessert order.
Parking: I parked below, following signs on the road. I then had to go up a couple flights of stairs to the entrance.
