We moved from Idyllwild after 24-years back in 2019. Didn’t remember this great vegan menu. Large portions and really tasty. Hours on website are incorrect. Per server, they’re open every day except for Wednesday. They are, according to their website, going to be offering dinner soon. Not sure if that too is incorrect.
We stopped in around 2pm so I chose the vegan potato tacos. They were crispy and stuffed with delicious potatoes, vegan cheese and sour cream on the side. The pico was very good too. My son had the vegan breakfast burrito and he said it was really great. Both were huge portions that we couldn’t finish even though we wanted to because it was so good. Will definitely come back.
Popped by for some brunch, had the vegan huevos rancheros. Friendly staff. Might come back later to try the potato tacos.
They have an extensive vegan menu. I ordered the vegan breakfast burrito which comes with veggies, cheese, potatoes, sausage, and eggs. At first I was put off with the $20 price, but then I received the burrito, and it was bigger than my head. It could easily be split between two people. It was so yummy and filling, and I enjoyed the hot sauce they had on the table and the salsa they brought with it. Love seeing all the stellar vegan options in this town. Another hit out of the ballpark.
The seating is open. You have to go inside and place your order, then the runners bring out your food and yell your name. My husband got his food, and 25 min later, I still didn't have my food. I had to cancel my order and request a refund. As well, portions were small, food was cold and poorly presented.

The food was delicious. As you can tell, the prom size was huge. Could have easily fed 2 people

Food was plated nicely, fresh and flavorful, coffee was good, dining area was clean, staff was polite.
Only issue was the pricing. Seemed a bit high, $125 for a family of 5.

Food was very good. Indoor and outdoor seating available based on the weather conditions. We sat out on the deck in the sun. Great experience.

The atmosphere was the only thing i liked about this place besides that the service was alright & i only say that cause they didn’t get something we asked for i ask for the monkey smoothie & they said i didn’t ask for it which i did but wtv yk & also i got a breakfast burger called “The Humpty Dumpty” & my egg was raw the patty inside the burger was also raw & there was a hair in my food & a SPIDER!!!!! I never leave a review but cmon that many things is too much! It completely ruined my appetite & i was so frustrated cause i was halfway through eating when i noticed the spider & the hair inside the fried & when i bit the burger i noticed the egg was still slimy & the burger was raw so idk i felt pretty nauseous after. Anyways the place itself is nice ig just if this is all the effort they put into the food then avoid it if you dont want food poisoning!!!!😤🤦♂️

Mama’s your “birria chilaquiles” were the best Ive ever had!
My crush orange mimosa was wow!
My partner in crime had your fried chicken and waffles.
WOW WOW WOW!
Nestled in beautiful Idyllwild and surrounded by pine trees as the mist covered the mountains was an experience that I will cherish forever.
Every person who works here simply nice.
Keep it up!
Hope to be back so soon!
Till then; happy March.

Great restaurant just a little confusing for a first time visitor! It reminds me of Disneyland where you find the menu and try to pick out something that sounds good no waitress to answer question but they do carry the food out to your table. I guess at Disneyland there’s a pick up window so a little different. Now if you didn’t order enough drinks you will need to wait in line again. With my five year old this restaurant was a little inconvenient and awkward. I’m used to a waiter or waitress style restaurant with a hostess. I almost feel they should put up a sign with instructions. Delicious food after all the confusion and everyone works hard I didn’t know if I was supposed to tip since I paid up front. I think I added a tip but this was seriously a confusing and busy restaurant. I like going down the hill to Patsy Mae’s takes 28 minutes to get there. I will write a review as time permits. -A
Parking: No hostess look at the menu, get in line pay then find an available table

I wanted to not like this place because the price for the quantity seemed high, but the execution on the flavor of the cocktails for lunch and the salad was exquisite. Kudos to Juan for making some truly remarkable beverages. The Hibiscus Margarita 🌺 and The Empress Lavender Lemonade drink were memorable, refreshing, and so tasty.
You can see the effort that went into these quality drinks.
I was pissed that the side of fries were $7. There were like 40ish fries.
We also ate there for breakfast. Felt it was pricey but we’re here in the mountains, it basically tourist pricing so I figure we gotta deal with it and be grateful to be here. Still giving them 5 starts.
