I had the small sashimi deluxe, Ikura (salmon roe). I had asked for many other things which they did not have which is really not unexpected for where the restaurant is. My real score for food would have been 3.5, but since you can't choose that I rounded it up.

After our horrible experience at sushi and noodle by Vons in el Centro. We dined in at k sushi bar and grill in imperial and had a great meal at a reasonable cost. My thanks to them for recovering our evening. As we walked in someone attended us right away, courtesy, professional and very kind, we ordered the spicy ramen soup and a roll very good. I recommend this restaurant, especially at these times when good service is hard to find…

Staff made me extremely uncomfortable. One of the chefs kept looking at me and the person who accompanied me inappropriately and came outside to ask us why we didn’t finish our food before leaving , and one of the waitresses made uncomfortable comments about the shoes of the person who came with me. Food is mediocre, and the restaurant was dirty.
