When we walked up to the cart, there wasn’t anyone waiting, but I could tell they were busy. I pictured tacos in my head, so I ordered a potato with chorizo, bean and cheese, chicharron, machaca, and chorizo and egg. The tortillas are homemade and delicious! The “tacos” are skinny burritos, but they are packed with flavor. $18 and five burritos to feed at least 3, so worth it!
This is a good quick stop and go. You can eat at their tables but it's meant more for locals who need to get back to work and they're in a rush. I believe they now serve dinner options but I don't remember what their other sign says. There are days when they're open in the evenings and offer more asada variety.

It's a small food truck that packs a big flavor punch! With plenty of burrito options and FRESH HOMEMADE TORTILLAS! You can't go wrong, food is made fresh daily but they open early morning and close by noon.
