Did you know that it takes 5 hours to clean the Mcflurry machine. It is happening often that we go into a McDonald's and find out that this dessert is not available because they don't have an employee on staff certified to clean the machine. El Centro 4th st and the Imperial restaurant as well. We had to drive to the north end of Imperial restaurant to get a Mcflurry. It's a thing today I can't believe this.

A kids meal and 2 Big mack combos = $ 50 dlls. Crazy expensive. Also self order nobody to help . Food was cold. The restaurant was a mess . Trash all over.

Children's area always super dirty, dirty bathrooms (no paper or soap🥺). Nobody wants to serve you at the checkout, they force you to order digitally even if people go to the counter to ask something (they hardly serve you or you wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come)

They mess up EVERY order. I’ve tried giving them another chance but each time there is an error. They never get the sauces right, food is cold and tasted horrible, customer service is rude, overall worst McDonalds location to visit.

They always find a way to mess up on your order or plain simple don't give you what you order. Don't even bother bringing to Managers attention they will second guess you. Do better Imperial MCDs it's not the first time. Food isn't that great after a bad experience.

McDonald's food, aside from their fries, has gone way down, very subpar, dbl quarter poundee/fries/drink for 17 bucks, really!? sandwich was very small, will not be visiting McDs anytime soon. And it's all automated, which for some, could be difficult.

Manager was really bad. I ordered with time and arrived on time for a mobile order before 10:30 AM for breakfast, and what they do skip my order already paid and give my code before 10:29 AM and they just skipped because the reality is that in this Mc Donald’s never want to take orders as breakfast because they already have a lot of orders. Mentioning that they didn’t want to give me any refund because they supposedly didn’t process that I arrived, when on speaker they confirmed my order. Very disappointed always is something similar with breakfast before the 10:30 AM in this location. And horrible experience that a manager doesn’t have the capability of solve problems. What now I have nothing resolved and a call to my bank to claim that payment.
