Just left the restaurant the pizza they said was going to take an hour when we asked why so long they said they didn’t have enough pizza doe so they were thawing some we ordered still my mom n law ordered clam chowder and it was very watery when we asked if they could take it off our bill they said no we don’t have a manager the lady at the counter was rude they looked busy but I don’t understand why there isn’t any manager around very sad because we really like this place but poor management isn’t a good look I think our server paid for the chowder he was a good server but management needs improvement !

Pizza was solid. Sauce was a bit bland but overall it’s not bad at all. I’d recommend ordering your pizza well done. The garlic truffle fries were amazing. Service was solid staff is very nice.

Placed an order for 4 carry out Pizzas, I've purchased from here before so I always look forward to that oven backed pizza. But today they all tasted like chemical almost like a lighter fluid taste. I Called the place but line was busy for awhile. Called the next day no answer. Very disappointed.

Went last Sunday the 31st arrived at 1145 am. Ordered a cauliflower pizza 3 sandwiches and a big salad. Friends had driven in from San Diego on my recommendation for this place. First out was the pizza, then the salad 30 minutes later and finally one sandwich at the 1 hour and 10 minute mark. People arriving after us were receiving their orders before us. I stopped our waiter I think his name was Presley or Preston and inquired about our additional meals, and was told “the Chef” was making the easiest items first. I asked how much easier was it to make a grilled cheese sandwich with ham in it? He offered us his employee discount to make up for the wait. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one on today. I asked for someone in charge and was told nobody was in charge. After 2 hours we left and we still hadn’t received all of our orders as other customers who arrived after us received their food. I have tried calling to speak with a manager to explain what happened today, I was told they had left and the person answering the phone stated they didn’t know when they would be back, I asked if they would be in on Wed and was told she didn’t know the managers schedule.

They need blinds for the windows, gets hot. Food was really good, wings sauces were good, pizza a lil pricey but still good. Pasta was whtvr wouldn't get tht again.

Waited forever for my order, then my order was wrong I asked no mayonnaise and no onions they took off the tomatoes and put mayonnaise on it, then I ate the burger and it was still raw just bad all together never going there again

I would have liked to leave 5 stars but I have been going to this place for years and I never get them to answer the phone, sometimes they just pick up and don't say anything, they hang up or they just answer us.
Yesterday, August 30, 2024, after 3 years as a customer, it is the first time I have been able to place an order. I called twice, the first time they hung up on me. At approximately 8:25 I went to pick up my food, in front of me was the waitress with the phone in her hand and literally hung up the restaurant phone and put it in her pocket.
I hope the owner sees this message for his own good and that the waitresses are more careful, they damage the business monetarily and also the image.
