We always come and enjoy Rosas food from time to time, specially the ceviche. You don’t need to add anything, for us is the best!!! Take it with guacamole dip/salsa and chips. To die for. We’ve been clients of this place ever since they were in Calexico, and we’re glad they moved to our hometown, I don’t think there’s another place like this one in the Imperial Valley. This is a family business and we love their customer service, they make us feel like family, we usually order carne asada, steak, shrimp, or carnitas. We highly recommed this place.
